My interest in financial markets started in 5th grade when my classmates and I were each tasked to manage a “paper” portfolio of stocks throughout the school year. That I found this fun as a 10-year-old, was surely a moment of foreshadowing.
After beginning my career in engineering, I pivoted to personal finance. Technical work was interesting, but helping families pursue their goals has felt more immediate and profoundly rewarding. Engineers, at our core, are driven by a passion for solving complex problems – a natural fit for financial planning!
When I’m not crafting financial plans, you can find me traveling, golfing, hiking, rock climbing, or riding my electric unicycle!
